Does a head include a complete costume?

Only the items explicitly listed as included form part of an offer. Handpaws, feetpaws, tails, clothing and display supports may appear as styling items in the photographs.

Are the photographs of real pieces?

The black-and-white canine photographs shown in the collection show the supplier’s actual pieces. Styling views and individual product views are identified. They are not customer reviews.

Are the models one of a kind?

A standard model is a predefined design. A personal character build requires its own feasibility review and quote.

How do I choose a size?

Use the verified internal measurements for the exact model. Read the fit guide before deciding.

Can you guarantee arrival for my event?

A date can only be discussed after preparation and transit estimates are confirmed for the selected pieces and destination. No event arrival date is currently promised.

When can I order?

Standard pieces are listed individually. Items marked on backorder have no local stock or confirmed dispatch date. Custom builds and partial configurations require a separate review and cannot be bought at a standard piece price.

Is US shipping free?

Yes. Shipping to the United States is free. No dispatch or arrival date is guaranteed while supplier timing is being confirmed.
