Start with the piece. Then choose the right path.

1. A standard model

Choose the exact model and confirmed option shown on its product page. Read the dimensions, contents and preparation information. A styled photograph can show several separately sold accessories.

2. Changes to an existing base

A different palette, markings or matching accessory may need a separate review. Only confirmed changes will be offered, with their additional cost and preparation time stated before you agree.

3. A new character build

A new shape or construction starts with a feasibility review. Gather your reference sheet, palette, requested pieces and measurements. The quote should identify the design work, materials, approvals, revisions and production stages.

Before production

Confirm the itemized contents, total price, timing and approved design version. A reference image begins the conversation; it is not a guarantee that every detail can be reproduced.

Custom requests are being prepared. No custom build can be purchased at the standard model price without its own confirmed quote.
